Hi! I'm Dawn, your Perimenopause Body Code coach!

I've spent the last decade as a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, working with clients of all ages, each with their unique health and fitness goals. During this time I saw countless women, in their mid to late 30s and beyond, struggling with the phases of menopause. They were overwhelmed, frustrated and felt like nothing was working. 

These were women who juggled the demands of careers, families, and aging parents, all while feeling like they were failing in their pursuit of well-being.
 
But what I saw was different. I saw potential, resilience and a deep need for guidance. 
 
As a woman celebrating her 50th birthday, I understood firsthand the changes that perimenopause brought. I was also having to adapt my lifestyle, prioritize rest and recovery and navigate the challenges of balancing family responsibilities.
 
I decided to take action and embarked on a mission to serve women like me. I realized my true calling, my purpose—was to offer them the support, knowledge and empowerment they needed to thrive during this transformative phase.

So often I hear the same frustrated questions from women:

"What exactly is going on with my body?"

"Why aren't the things I used to do working any more?"

"Is it even possible to lose weight at my age?"

The internet (...TikTok, Instagram, Facebook...) is absolutely flooded with courses, coaches, and hype - all promising to help us get results, but ultimately only adding to our overwhelm and confusion. I created the Perimenopause Body Code Guide as a resource to help cut through the noise and get us back to the basics - no super shakes or magic pills!
 
While it covers a lot of ground, from diet and exercise to sleep and mental health, I promise you that its purpose is to provide simple, sustainable strategies you can stick to for life. And if you have any questions, I'm always here to help!
